The Analysis of Biology Books for the Secondary Stage According to Reproductive Health Issues

The Objective of this research is to analyze the biology books for the secondary stage according to reproductive health issues, It is a content analysis approach . To achieve the aim of the research , a standard of reproductive health issues was built of ten issues: These are: (puberty and adolescence, marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, abortion, infertility, family planning, nutrition, sexually transmitted diseases, reproduction Engineering) ,The total number of pages analyzed (1105) Pags, After the completion of the analysis and ensuring validity and. The total number of ideas concerning reproductive health issues in all the books (356) idea, The bulk of these ideas are included in the biology books for third grades average and sixth preparatory And percentages: (50%) and (41.29%), respectively, While received biology books for the first rows average and fourth Scientific on the lower number of ideas by each ideas and percentage (0.56% each), And also got (sexually transmitted diseases), the highest percentage of the ideas was (26.68%) followed by( puberty and adolescence) (21.62%), while it did not get the (abortion) and (family planning) on any percentage in six books combined . Depending on the results of research, researcher recommends more attention to reproductive health issues and further included in the curriculum and urging teachers to follow up on everything related to such issues and researcher suggests complementary studies of the results of this study.

Evaluation Physics Textbooks of the Secondary Grade According to Total Quallity Standards

This research aims to evaluate the physics books for the secondary stage according to the total quality standards. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher built a tool including comprehensive total quality standards, consisting of initial (6) key criteria of wich (105) sub-standard emerged, to verify their truthfulness they have been displayed on experts and specialists, in the physical sciences and the competence of teaching methods of physics and teaching methods of biology and psychology, and some administrators and teachers in high school who made a number of observations , deleted and added and reworked some of the criteria and, thus The tool (6) key criteria are (Quality standards objectives, content quality standards, quality standards activities, fees and quality standards confusion, questions quality standards, quality standards for art direction for the book) This gives rise to (110) sub-standards . Researcher began analyzing Physics books for the secondary stage For the academic year (2012 - 2013) , straightened according to the list of criteria prepared by the researcher to verify the extent included physics books, And using Holisty equation, the researcher calculates reliability coefficient analysis in two ways, First between the researcher and the same over time reaching (0.88) and the second way between researcher and analyst last coefficient stability (0.82) . After evaluating the books in the light of the list of criteria for this purpose researcher reached the following results : -
1 - Most physics books for the secondary stage achieved a comprehensive total quality standards as compared with the critcal ratio (0.70) .
2 – Physics’book for sixth stage (secondary stage) is the most scientific investigation to comprehensive total quality standards and by (0.90).
3 - Physics’book for the first stsage (secondary stage) did not achieve overall total quality standards the achieved ratio (0.64) is unacceptable educationally as compared with critcal ratio (0.70).
4- Quality standard objectiving was the lowest one in achive into the physics’books of the secondary stage if compared with other quality standards.
5 - Quality standards for art was the higest one as compared with other quality standards.
In light of these results came out a number of researcher recommendations and a number of suggestions .

The increasing number of humans on the land available and its corresponding increase in machinery, moving vehicles on the roads and inside and outside the city led to a confrontation between road users, whether they are passengers or pedestrians and the fact that the official statistics and the practical reality confirms the seriousness of the problem of traffic accidents suffered by the peoples of different categories of developing and developed countries. Traffic accidents is a serious humanitarian problem so that the loss of part of the body of man or the man's life, and that it is destined to compensation, this compensation but rather represents a kind of consolation or ease the suffering of the infected person or with the victim suffered as a result of what, so that man body and spirit cannot be compensated as the pain and grief cannot be limited and cannot redress any return whatever the value, so the humans or life and deserves a lot of effort and time to Saanntha and maintain the integrity of this, the study of the problem of traffic accidents and their effects have become necessary and important and urgent to community groups different, and that it must be at the forefront of attention of any person responsible for the safety of humans. The traffic of more problems facing the countries of the world which carries the dimensions of humanitarian, economic, social, behavioral, psychological, and the fact that this problem of complex problems that involve more than one item, one of the problems growing day after the other, it is also the problem of global, regional and local but not limited to a particular country or region specific, it is also the problem of management involving the state, all require efforts from the state administrative organs from all directions, no doubt that it is necessary to clarify the problem of traffic accidents and seriousness in cracking personal victims of these incidents, as well as those around the grave or the victim as a result shock of such incidents, they affect the individual, family and society.

The Deviated Use of Punctuation Marks in Poetry: A Stylistic Study

Language is a powerful tool in the hands of a poet. Punctuation marks (symbols or signs used to make the writer’s meaning clear) are the tool one can use to talk to the reader and draw his/her attention to specific points. Punctuation marks are important syntactically and semantically; since each one has its own uses and meanings. Their oddness and unconventional use by some poets such as Cummings, Blake, and Pound helps them to color their poems with special aspects and serves them to convey various meanings. Naturally, stylistics is the science through which the use of language in literature can be dealt with.

The Ability of Discourse Type Recognition At The University Level

This paper attempts to explore the obstacles the students may encounter in recognizing different types of discourse and the consequences these obstacles may have on discourse processing (comprehension). A summary of different types of discourse would be far beyond the theoretical limits of this short study , besides, the number of discourse types is so large and diverse that it needs a whole series of studies to realize every possible type of discourse. So, adopting a specific system of discourse classification is a must in terms of the scope of the current paper. For a system to be feasible, it should involve discourse characteristics that can be related to types of discourse. The classificatory model adopted in this study is based on Cook’s definition and classification of discourse types since it serves the aim of the study. In order to achieve the aim of the study a test is carried out to (50) students in the Department of English/ College of Education/ University of Al- Qadissiyah. After analyzing the results of the test, it was evident that students did face difficulty in recognizing the discourse types they were supposed to identify, and this led to a significant indication of misunderstanding and incomprehension of the situation and the physical form of the discourse type they are faced with.
